Its the Hottest dance & aerobic workout making a storm all around the world.
Its a combination of most of the hottest latin dances and combining them into a 90 minute workout. Your first 10 minutes focus on stretching and warmup latin body isolations, then 1 hr of cha-cha, salsa, merengue, bachata, and bachataton (mix of bachata with reggaeton moves), then 20 minutes of mat exercises, and
