Its the Hottest dance & aerobic workout making a storm all around the world.
Its a combination of most of the hottest latin dances and combining them into a 90 minute workout. Your first 10 minutes focus on stretching and warmup latin body isolations, then 1 hr of cha-cha, salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, samba , reggaeton and bachataton (mix of bachata with reggaeton moves), then 20 minutes of mat exercises, and 10 minute cooldown and stretch. ETOWN SALSA offers you professional instruction by Alex Rojas who has been teaching nearly 10 years in the Edmonton area. If your interested in multiple days here are the rates:
